Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays) are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your payment has been authorized and verified. Orders submitted over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
Standard shipping usually takes 8–12 business days, depending on your country and local customs clearance times.

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries around the world. We also provide free international shipping for orders over $68.
Please note that if an international parcel is refused by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

International shipments may be subject to taxes, tariffs, or customs duties imposed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
Di Luree does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate their amounts. We also cannot issue refunds or exchanges for orders refused due to unpaid import taxes.

That said, based on our experience, most customers do not incur additional fees since the overall order value is usually modest.

At this time, we’re unable to deliver orders to PO Box addresses.

If you refuse to accept your shipment, you’ll be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties incurred, and the cost of returning the parcel to Di Luree. These fees will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number provided, Di Luree cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at diluree.contact@gmail.com. Our team will assist you in locating your order and working with the courier.If the carrier confirms that your parcel was lost in transit, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
