FREE International Shipping on all Orders over $65.

Please note that we typically require 3–5 business days to process your order before shipment. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 8–12 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance procedures. Please note that holidays such as Christmas, as well as natural disasters or other unexpected events, may affect delivery times.

 

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

 

Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, Di Luree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at diluree.contact@gmail.com. We will assist you in tracking your parcel and contacting the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

In cases where the carrier confirms the package as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

 

ADDRESS ERRORS

 

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if the package hasn’t been shipped yet.

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we can’t change the delivery address.(you can try contacting your local postal service with your tracking number. They can help redirect or hold the package.)
We’re unable to reship or refund the order, so please double-check your information carefully before placing your purchase.

 

OUT OF STOCK

 

Sometimes our most-loved items sell out faster than expected. If your order includes a product that’s temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with options to wait for restock, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund.
