For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds due to personal preference or change of mind. Please review all product details and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancellations.
If your cancellation request is received and approved before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
